About Villas Ferrer Dénia
Janet, the founder of VILLAS FERRER of English origin, was probably one of the first tourists in Dénia. She arrived in the city in 1959, where she fell in love with the entrepreneur and visionary Miguel Ferrer and decided to adopt the exceptional surrondings, the quality of life and the Mediterranean light as her new home.
The Ferrer family is so passionate about this environment that they have always taken great care to ensure that their buildings fit in with the landscape. For more than half a century, they have been pioneers in quality tourism and ambassadors of Dénia, its people, its beaches, its gastronomy and its way of life, as accredited by the various awards and recognitions granted by different organisations.
Today, Janet and Miguel’s legacy is maintained by their children, Josephine and Miguel, and their grandchildren. Villas Ferrer continues to generate relationships of respect, honesty and affection that facilitate the decisions of people who are thinking of renting a house or settling permanently in Dénia. A family business since 1961, Villas Ferrer continues to deepen its commitment, quality, professionalism, service and respect for the environment, which has made it a leading company in the field of construction and holiday accommodation on the Costa Blanca.
